Our body butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and best stored in a cool dry place. To prevent from melting, please do not leave in any any areas with extreme heat. (Hot car, outside during warmer months, etc.)  Please do recognize we have no control over weather conditions during transit to you. If your product does melt, please place in the refrigerator for about an hour. The amount, colour, smell and whipped fluffy consistency might change. However the benefits and its moisturizing properties remains intact.
